Refund Policy
We strictly follow a NO REFUND policy for all services.
This includes:
Online classes
Concert bookings
Song request fees
Audio/video recording
Publishing and marketing services
Any digital or creative work
Once payment is made through Razorpay, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Class / Service Rescheduling
If rescheduling is required due to unavoidable circumstances, you may contact us. Approval will depend on availability.
Incorrect Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, Razorpay will automatically process a reversal within 5–7 working days.
